The California Lions Marketing Committee has purchased a license for Google Workspace for use by Multiple District 4.
Pooled Storage: Shared quota of 2TB of storage is available, paid for by the Multiple. This reduces individual burden and effect on personal storage space on Google Drive and Gmail.
Shared Drives: A special type of Google Drive folder that enforces ownership by the Workspace account. This means:
All files in the Shared Drive use the pooled storage of the Workspace, not the storage of the person who added it.
As a Shared Drive owner, you can control whether specific users can delete files or move them, in addition to the normal permissions possible in a regular Google Drive folder
As a Shared Drive user, you maintain access to view and edit files in the Google Drive app and website, same as you would on your own account
Google Meet: Use of Google Meet for virtual meetings for up to 150 participants. Meetings can be provisioned to your normal Google Account, giving you complete host control without requiring the Multiple's account to join and transfer host control.
MD4 leadership, committees (large quota) and Districts (smaller quota).
